Litigation is the practice of advancing or defending a lawsuit.  It is detail orientated, fact intensive, and adversarial.  We work with our clients to devise the best strategy to meet their objectives, analyzing the potential benefits, costs, and risks of various strategies.  When litigation is required we are proactive and aggressive in representing our client’s interests.

By mapping out a plan at the onset of any action, and truly evaluating the strengths and weaknesses thereof, we can try to save our clients from the unnecessary expenses of the litigation process.  In keeping with our firm philosophy, all of the attorneys at Roper & DiBlasio are litigators and trial attorneys.  However, even we don’t go it alone.  While each litigation matter is assigned a managing attorney to provide personal attention and a single point of contact, we also employ a team approach to ensure that each matter receives the benefit of the combined experience of our legal staff.
